Felony Warrant for Shooting at/or from a Motor Vehicle & Tampering with Evidence

On Friday June 18, 2010, Valencia County Sheriff’s Deputies engaged in a pursuit of a stolen motor vehicle. While actively engaged in the pursuit, occupants of the fleeing vehicle discharged a 9mm handgun several times at pursuing deputies. Upon the pursuit ending, the occupants of the vehicle fled into the area known as the West Mesa where they were picked up by an unknown subject taking them from the scene.

Based on investigation, it was learned that the two occupants of the vehicle are identified as the listed suspects above. Both suspects have active felony warrants.
