McClintock’s Metal Yard has been burglarized several times. On 01/01/2011 the above suspect along with a female burglarized the business for over 30 minutes. Suspects loaded the vehicle with copper wire and scrap metal, also causing damage to the property. Stolen items valued over $2,900.00 and damage over $600.00.

On September 28, 2011 a female was at a park on 86th and Tower SW, when she was approached by a Spanish speaking male claiming to be selling CD’s out of his vehicle. When the female went to his vehicle to look at the CD’s he forced her into the vehicle and sexually assaulted her against her will.

The male suspect was driving a Maroon 2door extended cab pick up truck. The suspect is approximately 5’10” weighing 180lbs, Black hair (fade) and Brown eyes. Suspect is in his late 20’s or early 30’s. This male suspect has two or three crowns on his front teeth (teeth lined with silver.)

This male suspect is believed to be luring woman to his vehicle and sexually assaulting them.

On February 23, 2012 at 1643 hrs, A black older model Chevy Yukon driven by a Hispanic male, 30’s, Goatee and unshaven unlawfully entered the victim’s 2002 Subaru at 10900 Menaul NE while she was loading her car with medical equipment. The subject took $13,000.00 in “no needle” Accupuncture and laser equipment. The laser will cause blindness if contact is made with the eye.
