Leaving the Scene of a Crash Involving Death
In the early morning hours of August 29, 2010, a young male victim was riding his scooter in traffic lanes of Parsifal Pl. and Eubank Blvd. NE when he was struck by a vehicle traveling southbound. The victim was knocked into a nearby yard where he was later discovered deceased by a passing vehicle. Small pieces of chrome plastic were found at the scene. The offending vehicle is believed to have damage to the front passenger side.
